Scott A. Johnson

Scott, a Palm Beach Day School and Cardinal Newman High School alum, went on and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in 1986 and Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 1994. Starting at Coldwell Banker Commercial in 1987, he handled leasing, asset management, real estate appraisal, and financing. Following his time at Coldwell Banker, Scott pursued law, and became a member of the Florida Bar.
Joining Flagler Realty and Development, Inc. in 1996 with Patrick Koenig and Richard Johnson Jr., his focus is on real estate acquisitions and development. Combining backgrounds in legal, finance, & real estate, Johnson brings a unique perspective to the team.
Actively involved in community service, he chaired the American Cancer Society PB County Unit for 6 years and served on the Board of Palm Beach Day Academy for 14 years and chaired it for 6 years. Recognized for his contributions, he received the American Free Enterprise Companion Medal from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2005.
