Bradley built his career in real estate over the past 15 years with an emphasis on financial analysis and development of commercial properties. A West Palm Beach native, Koenig began his professional career with Stiles Corporation in Fort Lauderdale as an Associate in their Real Estate Investment Group. During his time at Stiles he was tasked with site planning, financial modeling, acquisitions, and development in the retail sector. Koenig later joined the finance team at Kitson & Partners in Palm Beach Gardens, where he provided financial modeling and investment tracking for the company’s 1,500,000 square foot retail portfolio. In 2020, he joined Patrick, Richard, and Scott at Flagler Realty and Development, Inc.

He is involved with all aspects of their commercial portfolio including acquisitions, development, management, leasing, and new project initiatives.

Brad received his undergraduate degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida State University, with a minor in Business Administration. He lives in West Palm Beach with his wife and two children.
