Patrick C. Koenig

Patrick has over four decades of experience in real estate, initially serving as a loan officer at Boulevard Bank in Key West. In 1983, he joined W.G. Lassiter Jr. as a licensed real estate broker. In 1996, alongside Richard Johnson Jr. and Scott Johnson, he established Flagler Realty & Development, Inc. based in West Palm Beach.

As Principal & Broker, Koenig spearheads leasing, management, and development initiatives, driving portfolio expansion.

Mr. Koenig is committed to his community and is active in numerous civic and charitable organizations. His past and present community involvement includes the Goodwill Board of Directors, YMCA Board member, Hospice Planned Gift Giving Committee, Board member of Cardinal Newman High School, Finance Committee member for St. Juliana’s Church, Building Committee Chairman for St. Juliana’s School and Parish, Catholic Charities Housing Board member, Advisory Board member for the Bank of Palm Beach and Flagler National Bank, past director and Board member of First Bank of the Palm Beaches, Chairman of St. Juliana’s School Advisory Board, and current member of Palm Beach Atlantic University Real Estate Task Force, member of Palm Beach Atlantic University Board of Trustees, and Board member of Meals on Wheels of the Palm Beaches. Recognized for his contributions, Mr. Koenig was awarded The American Free Enterprise Companion Medal by Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2004.
